Will it work with my CRM?
Operly sits on top of your CRM, not in place of it. It connects to Gmail and Outlook (which is where most of your client communication actually lives) and uses that as its source of truth for follow-ups and triage. Your Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, KW Command, BoomTown, Sierra Interactive, or whatever else you run stays where it is. Operly handles the drafting, triage, and follow-up work that happens between CRM touches.
Will it know my market and my voice, or is it generic AI?
It starts generic and becomes specific the second you upload your content. Spend 30 minutes uploading your past 20 listing descriptions, your last 10 sphere emails, and your buyer presentation into the knowledge base. After that, Operly writes new listings in your tone, drafts emails that sound like you, and references your actual market data instead of pulling from generic AI memory. The knowledge base is the difference between "AI slop" and "this sounds exactly like me."
Is my client data safe? I have fiduciary duties.
Yes. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Operly does not use your data to train its models. Your conversations, knowledge base, and client info stay private to your account. You can export and delete data at any time. From Operly's own privacy statement: "Your data is yours."
How is this different from the AI my CRM is rolling out?
Most CRM AI is "type a prompt, get a draft." That's still you doing the work. Operly takes action. It triages your inbox before you open it. Drafts replies to overnight leads. Pushes you a morning brief on Telegram. Runs the automation rules you set up, every day, forever, without being asked. CRM AI is a feature. Operly is an assistant.
What about ChatGPT? I already pay for that.
Operly includes Claude, GPT, AND Gemini, and auto-picks the best model for each task. So you can cancel ChatGPT Plus the day you sign up ($20/mo back in your pocket). Most agents also cancel Canva Pro ($13), Jasper ($49), or other AI subscriptions within the first month. The net cost is often negative within 90 days.
I'm not technical. Can I actually set this up?
The first 90 seconds: connect Gmail, connect Google Calendar, pick your preferences. The first hour, if you want to get the full value: upload 10-20 of your past listing descriptions and sphere emails to the knowledge base, and write your first three automation rules in plain English. If you can use Gmail, you can do this. The hardest part is choosing which of your past emails to upload as voice samples.
What if I close a deal? Can it handle the post-ratification cascade?
Yes, but you have to build the automation rule once. Something like: "When I get an email with the word 'ratified' or 'executed contract' from my office, create five tasks: confirm wire instructions with title 48 hours before closing, schedule home warranty discussion, schedule client congratulations gift order, draft listing-coming-soon email for my sphere, schedule 1-year anniversary follow-up." Build it once. It runs on every future deal.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Cancel anytime. One click. No phone calls. Your data exports anytime. No retention specialist. No "are you sure." Operly's whole pitch is that they want you here because it's working, not because the cancel button is buried.
