What we collect
- Information you give us. If you fill out a form on this site (for example, to start a trial or join a waitlist), we collect what you submit. That typically means your name, email, and any answers you provide.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit, we receive standard request data your browser sends: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps. We use this for analytics, security, and to understand how the site performs.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and pixels to recognize returning visitors, measure traffic, and run advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
How we use it
- To deliver and improve the service.
- To respond to inquiries you send us.
- To measure how our pages and marketing perform.
- To show you relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and other ad networks.

Third parties we share data with
We share limited data with the vendors that help us run the site and our marketing. Today that includes:
- Vercel — hosting and analytics for this website.
- Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, outbound CTA clicks, and form interactions.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram) — we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance and reach similar audiences. Meta receives event data tied to your visit when you arrive from one of our ads.
- Email and CRM providers — if you opt into our list, we use email service providers to deliver messages and manage subscriptions.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Access, correction, deletion. Email hello@operatedsimply.com and we'll handle requests promptly.
- Unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Ad preferences. You can adjust Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Do Not Track. We honor browser-level signals where required by law.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll remove it.
International users
If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the site, you consent to that transfer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
